Signs of the Times provides a means for members to communicate with one another. It is able to respond more quickly than the journal and so to address more topical issues.	MCU's response to the consultation on a proposed Anglican Covenant is here (May 2007)			MCU publishes books and pamphlets on current issues of concern to the Church. Modern Believing and Signs of the Times are included in membership of the MCU						I am deeply impressed by the feeling of ruin; and this pleases me since, knowing that this ruin is birth, it preserves me from the sadness of all ruins, and ever since I came to know this construction with its air of destruction, all destructions can seem like constructions.
